The Mind Faculty

Japanese support desk
Exterior of The Mind Faculty

Cotovia Counter is not a clinic that provides medical consultations but a Japanese support desk inside a partner hospital. It helps with medical interpreting, accompanying you to appointments, scheduling, insurance procedures and more.

What this desk offers

Medical interpreting

We interpret your conversation with the doctor, so you can understand medical terms in Japanese before you answer.

Support from reception to payment

From the moment you arrive until you leave, Japanese-speaking staff guide you through the hospital.

Arranging cashless visits

We check whether your insurance allows cashless service and prepare the necessary documents.

Scheduling and follow-up appointments

We arrange where and when you'll be seen. If you need another visit, we book it on the spot.

Cotovia Counter is not a medical facility. It does not examine, diagnose or prescribe. If you need medical care, please use Cotovia Clinic.
