How do I get my medication after the consultation?

With online consultations, we deliver your medication to your home on the same day. With in-person care, you can collect it on the spot from the clinic's dispensary.

What if I need tests or a hospital stay at a general hospital?

Cotovia Counter takes care of everything in one place, from arranging a specialist and accompanying you with an interpreter to supporting you during a hospital stay.

Can I use my insurance?

Partner insurers vary by country and clinic. Send us your insurance card or your insurer's name on LINE and we'll let you know whether you can use it.

Can I get advice at night or on holidays?

LINE consultations are available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Hours for the consultations themselves vary by type of care, so in an emergency, please contact us on LINE first.

Can my child be seen with me?

Yes. We also offer pediatric care, and children and their parents can be seen together.
